In the ten and a half years since opening Shadow of His Wings Home, the Lord has been faithful in every single way. He will be no different now.

As we come to the end of 2011, the needs remain great. Just opening the school will require about $13,000, since we purchase in bulk all school supplies and texts for the year, saving a couple thousand dollars. Here we are four weeks from the start date, and none of this has been sent from Above to help us yet.

Knowing that God has His people chosen for covering this, we rest in Him. If you are one of them, please do say "Yes" to the Lord. You'll never regret it. We thank you in advance.

James Project of Latin America

Through the ministry of the James Project of Latin America, orphans and widows at risk will receive the support necessary spiritually, physically, emotionally and intellectually to overcome their negative inheritance and become solid citizens in the Kingdom of God, ultimately for the glory of God and the advancement of His Kingdom.

In October of 2001, an assembly of five Guatemalans and five North Americans was formed, a lawyer contacted, a "starter" site located, purchases of household appliances and furniture made, paperwork finalized with the government, and personnel placed.

The orphanage, Shadow of His Wings, was the first project of James Project of Latin America and currently is home to 61 girls and teenagers.

Liberty Christian School is the second ministry under JPLA and provides Christ-centered education to the girls in Shadow of His Wings, children of house parents, and children of the teaching staff.
